Listen – we’re living in year four of a drought. One that’s gotten so bad that our city has mandated water restrictions, allowing for one day per week yard watering.
That’s why I don’t have a problem reporting watering violations. If I can’t water, neither can you. Plus if we don’t all conserve, what will the next restriction be?
So, neighbor across the street with the out-of-control teenager who leaves fast food trash all over surrounding yards, smokes an e-cigarette in a barely-there-bikini at our community pool and stands in the middle of the street screaming obscene drama rants at her friends – I think I know why your teenager is out of control. You apparently don’t think rules apply to you either.
