The Boy and I love listening to Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me on NPR each week. We both want to see the show during a live taping in Chicago – I’ve even put it on my 101 list.
When I found out that Wait Wait planned a live cinecast (satellite broadcast of the show’s taping) nationwide, I tweeted some girlfriends and made plans to go.
Sure, it wasn’t the same as sitting live in the theater in Chicago. But it was pretty awesome all the same.
Now on to Chicago for that elusive live in-person experience…
