Running is great for losing weight and even more so for reshaping your body. I’ve had the best results at reducing my hip and waist size through regular training runs.
There’s just a slight problem with that. My friend S from work pseudo-complained about the same thing on Twitter this week:
You know your running is paying off when
your work pants start looking like hammer pants
Why is that a problem? I just bought all new clothes a couple of months ago and now I have to replace my wardrobe again.
I know, I know – tough problem to have. I’ll deal with it.
Until I have time to go shopping, I just have to accept that all of my work pants look like this:
